"Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and tidy. We requested extra blankets and they were brought almost immediately. Staff was helpful and answered all questions quickly. Having a kitchen space was amazing."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Fantasy World Resort. The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff were very nice and helpful whenever we needed them. There were just a few things that I feel could be improved. I use a wheelchair/mobility scooter, and unfortunately I couldn’t use the free shuttle to the theme parks because it wasn’t wheelchair accessible. That was disappointing because transportation is a big part of making a resort convenient for everyone. We also had an issue with the upstairs tub leaking. The water actually came through the ceiling and down into the living room, which was definitely not something we expected. The floors in our unit also didn’t seem like they had been properly mopped before we arrived. Overall, we had a good time and the resort is really beautiful. The staff was great, but I think the resort could do better when it comes to accessibility, cleaning, and making sure maintenance issues are taken care of. I would definitely consider coming back if those things were improved."

"I have stayed here twice when visiting Disney parks/Florida and I won’t stay anywhere else. I just went in May of 2026 and it was fantastic. I felt safe, it’s clean, and everyone was so nice. Close to local stores/restaurants. Pool was amazing, warm, clean, good hours. Only complaint was it took a while to deliver toilet paper 😅 but we made it work. I will not stay anywhere else. My family and I will be back!!"
