The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Budapest is already a magical city, but this experience made it even more memorable. We’re so grateful for the kindness shown to us during such a special occasion, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"Excellent location. Good breakfast, though less choices of vegetarians. Staff on the reception was extremely helpful especially Blandina Kitti and others. Fresh water and snacks at the reception was added facility. Will certainly go back. "

"On entry the building is impressive and the reception staff attentive and helpful. The rooms and corridors are however very minimal and quite small. Breakfast, whilst lots of choice didnt have enough healthy options with a focus on fried foods."

"This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Budapest. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean and the service is excellent. The rooms are just fine for what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again."
