"The continental breakfast was very good and had a very good assortment of items. Surprisingly there was even an omelet bar. The only downside to the breakfast was the poor quality of the plastic utensils. The spoons and forks bent extremely easily which made them very difficult to use. Our room did have a Kerig Coffee Machine.....however there was no sweeteners or creamer. The most disappointing part of our stay was the "Hot Tub" we were looking forward to using this. It was a little on the small side. The temperature was barely warm and the pressure of the jets were almost non existent.....very disappointing. Rooms and property were well maintained and clean."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast is ok. They have gluten free cereal which is a bonus and lots of non gluten free bread choices. My husband said the eggs and sausage are just ok. Lots of yogurt to choose from also. The coffee is terribleand very weak. the breakfast staff are great. We unfortunately had an accident on our way back to Lethbridge. We hit a deer on the highway and managed to drive the vehicle back to the hotel despite it being totalled off. The evening front desk guy was very sympathetic and kind. The next morning while I was on the phone with the insurance company and trying to arrange a rental so we could get home my husband went to the front desk and asked if we could get a late check out due to the circumstances. They said we had until noon or they would have to charge us. This was very disappointing and we may have to reconsider where we stay next time in Lethbridge."
