"Fantastic resort for a natural tropical rainforest experience. The restaurant is staffed with friendly people as is the resort itself. A great place for a nofrills getaway where the rainforest meets the beach. "
"Top floor unit at the back was very quiet and relaxing. Spacious apartment with wooden sliding door to close off bedroom if desired.
Sharp knives were not very sharp but that is always the case at motels. Ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit too low so it always felt too strong. Spa bath in shower was a nice bonus. Easy walking distance to everything on Macrossan St. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Lovely place."
Secluded home hidden in an ancient and enchanted forest with crystal clear creek

"When we booked the “Secluded Cottage” we expected a rustic ageing house with primitive facilities where we would have to rough it with limited power and no internet. How wrong we were. It was amazing. Set deep in the rainforest, it had all the facilities you would want and more. Beautifully fitted out and well maintained. Even now has Starlink so internet was as good as at home. Just wonderful, fantastic, very relaxing, one runs out of superlatives. Easy to find with Kaylene’s instructions. Near perfect, just two disappointments – no Cassowary came out of the forest to parade on the lawn (although we did see one on the Cape Trib road) and we had only stayed for two days and should have booked for longer."

Lodges neat, tidy and clean.
Cooper’s Creek swimming holes amazing, absolutely natural creek running through thick rainforest on the property with quick, easy access; swimming morning and night in the creek was the highlight of the stay.
Dinner delicious, a la carte menu and although not cheap the portions were enormous! Continental breakfast included and tasty.
