"I was down in the valley for medical care and had booked a pet friendly room because hotel carpet is known for being one of the worst places for bacteria. The nighr before arriving I received a text asking if I were bringing a pet, I explained no and why I requested that room. They made sure I got that room. When I got new neighbors on the second night and after the second time of it sounding like they were WWE wrestling and literally coming through my door they made them knock it off almost immediately. (seriously I thought I was going to have to go 2A on them when they came through the door and I just don't need that right now LOL) So they got them calmed down mostly. The customer service is above reproach here and the beds while not the fluffiest pillow top did not make this chronic pain sufferer miss a wink! I will be returning at least one more time maybe two depending on how the surgery goes. My only suggestion (and I know staff has no control over this) 1. no more gray. gray is a depressing jail cell color. And 2. Ditch Cox! It went out at about 6:30 The night I got there and maintenence had already gone home so It didn't get fixed until around 10:00 the next day. It continued to fade in and out for the rest of the time. I'll bring my laptop again (which ai normally do anyway just in case) My takeaway - I'll be back because of the customer service and the physical comfort of the room. And Shannon deserves a raise!"

Then, the staff at both Motel 6 locations will be a refreshing change from what other hotels have offered in the past. The staff makes you feel welcomed and they treat you as part of a family. "I don't have any complaints about my stay here but I wish I could've stayed longer. It was a quality experience. Carpet and floor was clean, bathroom was clean, good water pressure from the shower and kitchen area. Small kitchenette to cook at your leisure. Bed was very comfortable, big plump nice pillows for good sleep. Ac was fantastic. Nice washcloths and towels. All amenities were in good condition. TV and wifi available. I loved it and hope to see them again in the future."
