"チェックイン時の部屋が用意してなく、広い部屋なので2人でどうか？と提案される。結局2時間近くまたされた。 ドアの建て付けが悪くドアが開かなくなり閉じ込められたので部屋の内線電話は壊れており友人にスタッフに開けてもらうようお願いしたが、スタッフ自体が不在でホテルに来るのは2時間後とスタッフの知り合いに言われるしまつ。他にもTVのリモコンが壊れておりボリュームが勝手にMAXになる。 トイレの水を流したら止まらないでずっと流れてる。ホテルエントランスはスタッフと友人がゲームをして占領している。 大変な思いをしたホテルです。"

"An absolutely fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything. We were two girls travelling after a work trip elsewhere and this hotel provided the luxury and comfort we were looking for. We were upgraded to a VIP transfer to/from the airport and greeted every morning by amazing staff. The breakfast was great, in walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do and came back to extremely clean rooms every evening. My only slight issue was that the breakfast options would be a bit limited...

"The hotel is not bad, the bathroom could be cleaner. The owner is very nice, a young man, always at your service. The location is excellent, in the heart of Taksim, the metro and bus station are nearby, as well as a night club. We only needed the hotel to spend the night, so we are very satisfied"
