Apartment very very clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was great. Friendly staff. Had an allocated car parking space for hire car. Pool area clean and well maintained. Straight onto the beach area. Loved our stay here. Just for future reference they take a deposit (which is standard in Qatar) but asked for cash of any currency. We didn’t have the cash so they took deposit from a credit card and refunded it in Qatari riyal. Not a problem for us as we travel there frequently but just to be aware. Would highly recommend this place we’ve had a lovely stay

Our experience at Retaj Baywalk Residence was truly exceptional, an easy 10/10 from check-in to check-out. The entire team consistently demonstrated warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. The staff were always ready to assist, from holding doors to helping us with our buggy and children while coordinating multiple Ubers. Their constant greetings and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. I would like to extend special appreciation to Mr. Ma’mun at the door, whose kindness and playful interaction with our kids made our stay even more memorable. Additionally, the receptionists Hamid and Shaukat provided outstanding service and ensured we felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Retaj Baywalk Residence has set a high standard for customer experience, and we look forward to returning.

Although in a very convenient location- the outside street noise was very loud in the apartment. Cleanliness was not great and we found dirty dishes that were put back into the closets. Staff was very attentive and servuce was good. I was disappointed at check out when they tried to charge for a chipped bowl that we did not break!
