The breakfast was good, both choice and quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It appears that they welcome dogs in some rooms. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. There wasn't any parking at the premises, but I was able to find an on street space relatively nearby.

Everything perfect, only thing for me on the day would be a slightly earlier breakfast, maybe 7.30 to get up the mountain earlier but that’s personal preference. Thank you for keeping my sandwiches fresh in the fridge.

Bedroom and bathroom facilities were good and bedclothes and towels were top quality. It was within easy reach of pubs and restaurants with live music and friendly people. Dolgellau has a lot to offer for a couple who break their journey. We loved Ivy House and Margaret was most welcoming.
