Our room, although dated furniture, very,very spacious and well appointed. If you have a longer stay, full kitchen amenities for cooking and storing groceries. Apartment sized refrigerator and stove. Full and free laundry room. Nice gym facility. Good selection of breakfast selection. Two rooms, one for VIP. Air purifiers in the hallways and rooms (nice touch). Additional blankets and extra towels in the bathroom. Cleaning staff friendly and will greet and acknowledge you in the hallways. Maclaren Restaurant/pub/poolhall on first floor. Good selection of pub food. Easy walk and Close to Parliament Hill, Byward Market, Rideau Canal. Suggestion: facing a busy street and on the 2nd floor, sheers would be helpful to allow for additional privacy if wanting to keep curtains open during the day. "
