"We had 14 people stay comfortably. The layout was a little maze-like, but we figured out how to get our bedrooms and bathrooms assigned to fit our group. The kitchens were stocked with dishes, but there could have been more cooking/baking pans for catering to large groups - thankfully I had disposable aluminum pans with me. Pool and hot tub were nice, but thankfully we had brought along many board games as there weren't many on site. "
"Our stay was a multigenerational family vacation with guests ranging from 2-72. We enjoyed the many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and silverware. The two dining tables ensures everyone has a place to sit for meals. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The game selection was very nice and much appreciated. The house was clean and well organized. The house is situated in a great spot to visit Ludlow, with many things being within walking distance. The hot tub was very much appreciated after a long day of being a tourist. The house also has several grills, which we didn’t get to use due only to our poor planning, but with so many available it would be easy to make an entire meal for a group. Parking is plentiful and we easily parked 6 cars on the right side of the house. Diane was wonderful to work with before, during, & after booking. The multitude of fans was especially welcome during the heatwave Vermont experienced during our stay. "

"We only stayed for one night while doing some early Christmas shopping in July. The apartment was very nice. Things were very clean and tidy inside. Being so close to great amenities just a short walk away in town was nice. My only slightly negative comment is that the front stairs to the mill building are very worn but that is fairly trivial. Thanks for a great stay. "
