Once in the room the safe was faulty and we reported this straight away and was told it would be sorted. After a four night stay the safe is still not working right after numerous conversations with reception. "

"I booked this hotel because of the great reviews and have a high expectations. However, when I got to my room it was full of disappointments especially the bathroom. I don’t know if we’re supposed to be in an accessibility room when in fact I booked a double room with seperate tub and shower (as it says on the booking). Anyways, no biggie still has shower which is important. Also, there was molds all over the bathroom and the walls were disgusting need some repainting the sides of the showers are full of mold or dirt or I can’t even tell. Anyways we didn’t bother changing rooms since we’re only staying there for not long and notice it the second day. Nice household staff though."
