Nice hotel

We stayed for one night. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were quite spacious and very clean.

This is a really nice place. The room and bathroom were spacious and the kitchenette, while compact, had a medium sized fridge and a Keurig. We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast. We were really looking forward to making waffles, but they are whole wheat so not the fluffy-crispy treat we were anticipating. And their oatmeal was lukewarm (although a staff person took it to the kitchen to warm it in the microwave). But for me, the breakfast doesn’t diminish how nice this hotel is, so I’m still giving it 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Nice overall, Breakfast disappointing

Overall stay was nice. We all were a little disappointed especially the kids with the breakfast. Very limited, no protein (which as a diabetic is the only thing I can eat) no plates, no coffee when we arrived at 7:50am. Milk all expired on the day we were there. Kids will not eat or drink anything that is on or after Sell date. There was also water soaked carpet in room 106 and when we reported it to front desk they already knew about it??

We had an excellent stay, despite the fire alarm. Our check-out was cumbersome, because the person checking us out stated there was a 1 cent charge on our bill. And she didn't know how to resolve it. We stood at the counter 10 to 15 minutes waiting to check-out. She finally told us she would get it resolved and we would receive our receipt via email.

Friendly staff-Broken equipment

The staff were very friendly. Our first room was missing a coffee maker and the television was not working. Staff were prompt to rectify our needs and give us another room. The second room had a coffee maker however it was broken. The hotel had a pool, but it was broken. There was a back door to the hotel close to our room, but it was broken and we could not use it to enter the hotel with our room key. We had a kitchenette but had to request a dish towel, garbage bags, and extra dishwasher tabs, etc. Overall, the stay was mediocre.
