It’s ok for an overnight stay and value for money…but… ludicrous to say this is four-star. It’s barely two-star. Rooms very basic. The restaurant hasn’t been open for three years and hard to say whether or not the bar opens. You need orienteering skills to find the private car park. Good breakfast, though

Ideal Town Centre Hotel

An ideal town centre location for a one night stay. We had two rooms, one standard and one executive and really there was little to choose between them, other than a little more space. Our rooms were on the second floor and it meant a two flight walk up, I'm not sure that there is a lift, perhaps in the other wing, so worth checking if stairs are an issue. Both had good shower rooms and we all slept well. A buffet breakfast was on offer and the receptionist offered to cook a choice of eggs for us all. This hotel used to have a notable restaurant but a change of ownership (and Covid) means that there is no longer an evening meal option. The hotel seemed very quiet for a Friday evening but it was mid March. The hotel has a private car park about 200m away but it looked more secure parking on the street directly in front of the hotel. We would be happy to stay again.

The room was a long way up on the second floor. No lift and very steep final flight of stairs. The curtain was not hung properly and the WC (and therefore the rest of the small room) was very smelly. The fire alarm went off just as i was getting to sleep and we were all out on the pavement for an hour, en deshabille.

Un lieux atypique et agréable. La literie est génial, avec un grand lit bien moelleux ! Cependant le lieux montre vite ses limites ! Une salle d’eau dont le sèche serviette est hs, un miroir dont l’éclairage est très bien caché !!! Le trouverez vous ?! Idéalement situé au centre ville pour le visiter avec un stationnement très proche ! Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ! La diversité et la qualité des produits ne sont pas au rendez-vous ! Le personnel est à l’écoute mais n’a pu résoudre nos attentes !

Séjour en famille

Séjour en famille d’une nuit à Douai. Hôtel vieillissant avec un personnel serviable et sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner mais pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. Nous avions deux chambres au deuxième étage. Accès très raide. La salle de bain est vieillotte et la chasse d eau coulait. Chambre petite pour nos filles la porte de la salle de bain cognait sur le lit. Néanmoins l’hôtel est très bien situé et le rapport qualité prix est bon.

Il faisait trés chaud, ventilateur sans protection, télécommande casser, télé qui ne fonctionne pas, matelas trés mou et divisé en deux (collé). Pour un lit double ? séjours horrible. J'ai finis avec des douleurs au dos, alors que j'en jamais eu.

Une seule nuit après un concert sur Lille. Hôtel très calme, petit déj très bien. Bémol sur la literie (un peu molle) et il faisait très chaud et pas de possibilité de ventiler. Rapport qualité prix très bon malgré tout 👍

Volet roulant salle de bains bloqué en position fermé. Débit chasse d eau trop faible. Plus de savon ds le distributeur de la douche. Un geste commercial nous a été octroyé, bon de 10% sur un prochain passage.
