Two living room areas (one on the main level and one downstairs) for family and friends to spread out. Dining area seats 6 and there are seats for 4 more at the island. Screened-in porch with view of the lake. The yard is flat and there are zero steps to the dock. Charcoal grill for your grilling needs and cornhole game for entertainment outside. Sit outside and enjoy the scenery by the fire pit!

Easy walk to the dock with swim pier! Kayak, paddle board, lily pad available to guest's use. Renters will NOT have access to the boat slip, but there are cleats and bumpers so they you can tie up next to slip. Water levels are low in the off-season. Please check water levels for boating if after Labor Day and before Memorial Day.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
