"We stayed for three nights at the Beach Front and based on recently read reviews we weren't sure what to expect. However I'm happy to say we were pleasantly surprised.
Check in was easy and the owners/workers are super friendly and helpful. We never had to wait for anyone at the front desk. They even upgraded us to a kitchenette at no extra charge!
The rooms are what I would expect of an affordable beach motel and relatively basic. The had an air conditioner/fan/dehumidifier and dedicated wifi that was super fast. I also like that they had bathtubs and not just showers, for a chill, relaxing time.
The property has a big fire pit and chairs, picnic tables, and barbecues. It's in an absolutely perfect location for going to the beach, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We didn't have to drive anywhere.
The room could have been a little bit cleaner, some dust/sand, and a few errant bottles etc. from previous guests under the beds. Nothing that would hinder me from coming back."

"We had a great time on our vacation at the palms.would definitely recommend it if you’re going to Sylvan Lake about an 8 minutes walk to the beach and you can browse multiple little shops to the beach or back the the house.Back yard very well accommodating for a group we were 8 people but still lots of room for the kids to play.Very quiet.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a group.Contact with host very efficient.Thanks again for a great time Richard "
