"Friendly, helpful staff particularly breakfast waiter. Room was lovely and clean with a few bonus treats which were much appreciated. Breakfast was included with our booking, this was generous and delicious and the breakfast room has a lovely outlook. Would stay again."

"Property was clean, good communication but I would not say this room comfortably sleep 4. The pull out couch was a twin xl at best. With check in at 4 and check out at 10 the value for money was poor in my opinion. Overall it was okay."
