"Really close to the action which was good. Amenities were solid and helpful staff. Only downside for us was the aircon unit was quite noisy so had to turn it off during the night so room got stuffy. Only a small detail though."

"We had a very nice stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the extra security measures, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was also fantastic—being right beside Grand Central Station made getting around New York incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"
