"The property was beautiful and conveniently located near everything we needed. My family and I stayed here while attending a game at State Farm Arena and doing some sightseeing, and the location was excellent. I also appreciated that the property provides extra supplies in the “Stash” for guests if needed. Unfortunately, when we were instructed to get toilet paper from there, the supply was empty. We called the front desk and were told that toilet paper would be delivered to our room. After several follow-up calls, we were eventually informed that, due to a language barrier, the toilet paper had been delivered to the wrong room. Unfortunately, we never received it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the property, but improving communication and ensuring that guest supply stations remain stocked would make the experience even better."

"This Hotel was breath taking. I stayed on the 29th floor. Great view very clear. Staff was amazing all the way down to valet. This will be the only Hotel I stay at when I travel to Atlanta. 12 thumbs up."

"Pros.... Really nice helpful staff, beautiful old building. Really nice lobby. Nice turnaround in the front for Ubers to pick you up and drop you off. I had a one-bedroom suite with a king size bed and the air conditioning was working wonderfully. As a single woman traveling, I felt safe because they had a guard outside the door and most of the stores along the sidewalks in Atlanta had security guards. Cons... There was no Wi-Fi which I was notified of when I went to check in when I got to the room the floors had been vacuumed, but they need to pay greater attention to the edges where there were crumbs of food and a candy wrapper and a flossing stick. A reviewer had said her TV kept shutting off and this is a real thing. I could watch TV for 3 minutes and then it shut off. It wasn't the actual television but the programming would just go black. No sound. No video and then it would all of a sudden pop back on after about 10 minutes. Then there was the plumbing issues. The toilets are so low flow that nothing goes out. If you know what I mean. The shower was nice though. The breakfast room looks like a real restaurant. Although I didn't have time to partake in the breakfast, I think it would have been good."

"What a cute place! Viggo at the reception desk was amazing with his great personality and helpfulness. The room was very well maintained and clean just like you’d expect it to be. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here! The property is in a very walkable area, and I promise you won’t be disappointed."

"Take the time to read that the breakfast is available but costs 21$ + taxes + gratuity you have a 10$ discount per day per room not for the number of persons in the room. For the parking it is 60$ a night, but it is unclear if it will be charge."
