"Top notch from the get go. The young lady at the desk was helpful and personable. Check-in was effortless. The room was very clean and well kept. 2 Free drinks at happy hour and a free breakfast buffet can't be beat at this price. All the staff seemed well trained and had customer service as their focus. Quick access, either walking or driving, to the bath-house row and to several restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again if I go to Hot Springs."

"The property was in a good location in relation to the airport. Gated parking was a great addition! The property was a bit dated but overall not bad for a 1 night stay"

"Our cabin had a pleasant atmosphere, with wood plank walls, large TVs, full kitchen. We were close enough to walk to bathhouse row ."

"The house and rooms are gorgeously appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the property is very conveniently located. The owners are also incredibly friendly and helpful, and they cook up the best breakfasts and baked goods, which are available 24/7."

"the place was awesome and so beautiful, the staff was helpful and the location is in a great spot,"

"Needed a place for one night while traveling through. The place is very, very clean and well maintained. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is basic but fresh. Great value and perfect for what we needed."

"The last time I stayed at a sub-$100/night hotel (Super 8 in OH), "I got what a paid for." I assumed this would be similar. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean everything was. It's clearly an old property, but the rooms have been updated/painted to have a fresh look. The continental breakfast was on par with pricier hotels. The bathroom was super clean, and the faucets/controls/toilet were new/modern. The night time manager was very friendly. I'll definitely stay at this...

"Gross"

"Definitely was not up to par as it was advertised, and was overcharged even when I booked through Expedia."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again."

"Room clean"

"We were there for a softball tournament and both ball parks were just minutes away. Breakfast was good. Room was okay. We requested a handicap room, mainly for the shower. There wasn't enough counter space in the whole room. The bed was too low but it was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. They staff was very friendly and helpful. We won't request a handicap room again but we would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent hotel. Super clean. Great location and friendly staff. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"The pool and hot tub were excellent. The breakfast was very good. Very nice hotel overall."
