"Excellent boutique hotel in Rehoboth Beach. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast at on site restaurant. Staff are very helpful."

"A basic hotel with everything you would need for a short stay. It was clean and everything in the room worked perfectly. There was a refrigerator and a microwave and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Great checkout time of 12 noon. 5 minutes from Rehoboth Beach. Definitely would go back there."

"Only problem is that i am invalid and almost fell twice in shower. I asked for ada accessibility room and was told none available. I think she lied to me But she sent up a bath rubber mat for shower and a stool to sit in. Which turned into another disaster All your rooms should have grab bars at a minimum I never took another shower too risky If you want to stay on best hotels in usa fix it Every room should have grab bars"

"Very quaint location, could use more sand less grass behind the hotel but otherwise beautiful, they had a cute little sand area with hammock swings, but it would’ve been nice to have sand in front of the water for children to play otherwise very nice kitchenette and bathroom size. We ate at the lighthouse, but they were out of most of the fish, which is why we like to come to the beaches for fresh fish, but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that they had parking available for us on site. Was not expecting to see the horseshoe crabs, which I thought could be poisonous until I googled them, but they were like pets and kept coming to the shore when people came by, but didn’t know what they were at first."
