The innkeeper, Jeff, is very attentive to guest needs, cooks an excellent breakfast and is very personable. The bed in BoPeep Cottage was super comfortable and the accommodation was very spacious. Will definitely stay again next time in the area.

Ash Mill was a lovely property and the staff were very friendly. The Meadow View room was large, comfortable, and the on-suite bathroom was spacious. The room and property were very clean. We enjoyed a hot made to order breakfast each morning. We loved the animals on the property too. This is a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the history and beauty of Buck’s County, PA.

We stayed in the Bo Peep cottage. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. The breakfast was delicious and we loved hanging with the farm animals, especially their dog Mead. This farm is very close to great shopping and dining at Peddlers Village and New Hope, PA.

Our stay was a dream! My husband and I came to this area for a wedding and sadly we only stayed one night. From the warm welcoming from Jeff to the great whole stay, including room spaciousness and cleanliness, the fantastic personalized breakfast experience, plus the presence of the rescued animals, we would have loved to stay much longer. Hoping to come back. We 100% recommend this B&B.

Rather than stay at a franchise hotel we like to seek out quaint options. Ash Mill was a breath of fresh air. Literally. We seated in Sheperd’s Cottage but there are other options at this farm style location. Our room was clean and comfortable and the innkeeper very personable and eager to please. Sitting in rocking chairs on the main house porch was peaceful after spending time in nearby Doylestown. The breakfast provided was made to order and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property grounds. This is an old historical home if you like that sort of thing. My kids loved feeding and petting the animals on the property. Property owner was communicative and very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place, and the innkeeper was very helpful. We stayed in the suite. The room could benefit from simple things. Hooks in the bathroom, a curtain dividing the room, another power strip, and brings that can close above the A/C unit without blocking it. Other than that a nice location in a nice area, and we enjoyed meeting the farm animals.

Charming historical farm house with friendly, helpful innkeeper, spacious rooms (we had the top floor "suite") and location convenient to local attractions. Attractive property. Entertaining retired farm animals on site. Be prepared to climb a few stairs! If you are looking for high-end luxe, this is not it. If you are looking for a low-key, relaxing stay, this is perfect!
