"My five siblings and I (6 couples) had a wonderful time staying at the Johnson Lake Compound. First off, let me say that I have never been at a VRBO that was so well stocked and ready for our vacation. We had extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, scrubbing pads, salt & pepper, firewood and so on. There were towels a plenty. We made use of the three kayaks and the pedal boat (life jackets provided) and enjoyed going out on the beautiful lake. Groups could sit on the upper or lower patio area and converse or just enjoy the quiet of the northwoods, watching an occasional small plane fly over or a pontoon boat slowly move past. We only cooked in the kitchen in the big house, but found ample space for multiple people in the kitchen and found all the cookware and utensils we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals. There was excellent communication with the owner and I can easily give our entire experience a 5-Ster Rating.I hope that we are able to come back and enjoy it all again. "
