"A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan.
3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have."

"Skyes Cottage - the property manager? was extremely hard to reach. I wanted to ask them if I could leave my backpack there before check in time, but couldn’t reach them by phone nor WhatsApp messages, just uncontactable. As a result, I sat in a restaurant for 3 hours waiting for the check-in time to arrive because I couldn’t go anywhere with my heavy backpack. Worst of all, the WhatsApp chatbot then finally replied, but saying that my problem was “resolved”, ridiculous.
