"The bed didn't stay in place"

"Nice and clean"

"Trip was great other than shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty upon arrival!"

"We had a large, unexpected group for breakfast, and the team handled it with true professionalism. The cook was outstanding, preparing a delicious breakfast efficiently without compromising quality. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff remaining attentive, organized, and welcoming despite the size of our party. Their ability to accommodate us so seamlessly made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for both the quality of the food and the exceptional customer...

"Great"

"Breakfast was good, stay there for 3 nights and every breakfast was different"

"Nice"

"Pool room was suffocating hot and the pool was so dirty we didn’t get in. Plus it was small. I stayed 2 nights and not once did my room get clean by room service. Literally had to hunt down hotel maintenance for extra towels. Rooms are ok but nothing special. Breakfast was just ok but I’ve had better at other Fairfield’s."

"Clean room and available coffee and tea bar was a welcome treat."

"Clean room, kind and friendly staff"

"Clean room"

"Clean room Air conditioning Staff was very helpful"

"Cigarette smell, decent for its central location to return to and NOS event center, but they could be cleaner and use some renovations. Staff are the saving grace doing what they can."

"Room wasn’t as clean as expected. smelled like pee, but couldn’t pinpoint where in the hotel is smell. Front desk staff was very friendly, but elevator also smelled like pee and bathroom was very dirty and had to go to the store to get some cleaning products."

"Exterior of the Building looks Horrible and Outdated. Staff was not very Helpful. My Room smelled like Cigarette Smoke and Weed. The Fridge was not working and TV was outdated. I will not be coming back to this Hotel. Outside alot of questionable characters in the Parking Lots and Stairwells that look like Drug Dealers and Scammers. The whole property has a Section 8 Vibe. Travelers Beware!"
