"The location was perfect as it was central to everything York is known for. The room and lobby were clean. The staff was able to assist with parking. They were welcoming and kind. Just beware - there is no air conditioning, and we were there during the heat wave, which was rough! The bathroom and the bedroom could use some updates."

"Fantastic stay. We arrived the morning of our booking and asked if we could leave bags. Our room was already ready so the lovely staff member on the desk allowed us to check in early which made our day even better. We were able to fully enjoy our day in York and come back and have a swim and get ready for dinner without having to think about checking in. Great amenities, the garden room is lovely to relax in, and the leisure centre was lovely. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room."
