"We absolutely loved our stay! This house is the perfect getaway, especially if you’re traveling with dogs. The huge fenced-in backyard was amazing for our pups, and they had such a great time enjoying the lake and even going paddle boarding with us!The house itself had everything we could possibly want for a fun, relaxing stay on the water. We loved that they provided a paddle board, canoe, life jackets, and even life jackets for the dogs! The fence extending out into the water was such a great feature and made enjoying the lake with our dogs even easier.The basement was another huge bonus, with a pool table, jukebox, and movie area — there was truly something for everyone. We had such a wonderful time and really appreciated how well-equipped and comfortable the house was. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, dog-friendly lake getaway!"

"Spent a few days staying at the Historic Homestead Home built in 1935 and had a wonderful experience. Perfectly situated for visiting the area. The cabin is extremely well maintained and offers all the comforts you could possibly need. We spent a day learning from Ali about raising and caring for Yaks at Deep Draw Yak Ranch along with chickens, turkeys, miniature horses & donkeys. We even got fresh eggs to enjoy! Kevin & Ali are wonderful hosts."
