"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "My hotel was conveniently located at and walk-in distance to public transportation if needed concierge was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The staff was very friendly and kind. There was great dining options there was even a nightclub in a hotel that was convenient. We had a great time so overall this hotel was excellent."

"The manager Katrin was amazing, after sharing the reason that I was visiting as my mother had been taken into hospital whilst staying with family. Katrin showed genuine care and after she realised I wasn’t staying that much in the hotel because I spent all the time in the hospital, she kindly offered me a late check out and made sure I was ok, Katrin also told me to reach out for anything and she will ensure my stay is comfortable."
