Our stay at Al Habtoor was exceptional in every way, not only is the hotel grand and luxurious the staff provide an outstanding service whether it’s at breakfast, the lobby or housekeeping, they are extremely attentive, obliging and you felt very welcomed. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai for a week. As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by Asad. He took our luggage to our room after checking in. The room was not the one we had booked so Asad went back to reception to sort this out. He returned promptly and then took us and our luggage to our new room. Our room was beautifully clean and kept that way by Mahmood who also surprised us with different sculptures made from towels each day. The next morning we went to breakfast, the breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and delicious. This in its self would have been more than adequate but the breakfast experience was further enhanced by the friendly and courteous staff. I particularly would like to thank Ijaz, Dorothy, Yoon, Aravind and Mohammed. You made us feel so welcome with the friendly, fantastic service you provided. It was second to none, you are a real credit to the hotel. We also would like to thank the Valet team who took care of my Daughters car, I am sure they get forgotten but help to keep things running smoothly. To sum up we had a very memorable and very special stay at the Al Habtoor Palace and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

We stayed here 7 nights and had the most excellent experience. The staff is courteous and delightful, the property itself is well kept. Breakfast is expansive and healthy. The gym and spa are lovely too. It’s an excellent experience overall. The highlight are the rooms, very large and best amenities.

This was an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival and late departure. The breakfast buffet is extensive and top quality with ample food and beverage options. The room comfort was amazing and the cleanliness of the room and property was spotless! This hotel is one I would highly recommend and certainly return to.

This property is absolutely beautiful and the service is 1st class and impeccable. Our butler Jackie and her crew were just amazing with all the extra touches for our anniversary.
