Ideal for families or friends seeking a memorable Dubai experience.
The apartment offers a spacious open plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Dubai. Step out onto the expansive balcony to enjoy stunning views and savour your morning coffee while taking in the cityscape.
Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, multiple supermarkets within 10-minute walk.
Accommodating up to 4 guests, this apartment offers a choice of sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom
Living area with a queen sofa bed

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.
⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.
⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
