The hotel staff were VERY INVASIVE. My room was entered multiple times without consent by different members of the staff at different hours, claiming they were ringing the bell. At check-out I was standing for more than 10 mins not being acknowledged by staff, I placed the room key over the counter and left. The security and parking staff were the only people with manners.

The FIVE LUXE Hotel is the best place ever. It’s has everything that I needed to make my life complete. From the Paradiso Rooftop Lounge/Bar, Clean Rooms with Great Staff Service. The Amenities and the hotel Bathroom had everything that my wife I needed. The Room Mini Bar was very well stocked. The entire staff from the time we checked into the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for your everyday activities. The Dive Bar (Goose Bar) connected to the hotel was great. The swimming pool, shisha and bar were amazing as well. The Cielo Restaurant food and staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed this place and will tell the world about it.

Ein schönes Hotel mit Einschränkungen für Hotelgäste.Es gibt einen Pool mit einer begrenzten Anzahl von Liegen für die Hotelgäste .Somit kann es sein das man öfter keine Liege bekommt.Die 2 weiteren Pools dürfen zwar von den Hotelgästen genutzt werden , die Liegen müssen je nach Dichte zum Pool bezahlt werden.Je dichter desto teurer.Weiterhin wird zur Zeit stark gebaut und renoviert.Hier kommt es zu Einschränkungen und starker Lärmbelastung

excellent location on JBR , our room on the 30 th floor had a jaw dropping view of Dubai . Sandesh at the reception was very helpful

hotel is located on the private beach near Ritz Calton and Rixos in JBR , extremely convenient location. Hotel is vey new and modern . We had a room on the 30th floor which offered a gorgeous Dubai view, the hotel has ultra modern spa with jacuzzi and lots of nice restaurants . Sandesh at the reception was very helpful , we really enjoyed our stay

Be careful

Terrible check out Check your bill when check out they wanted to charge me extra for drinks I didn’t have from the mini bar and the room dining was not great and finally they called me after check out to ask me if I checked out and they want to charge me 1000 K for burn in the sofa and I don’t even smoke

Struttura davvero bella all’altezza delle aspettative. Servizi professionali e commisurati alla categoria dell’hotel. Piscina, lettini, teli tutto compreso. Accesso alla spiaggia ed ai servizi in spiaggia compresi. Ristoranti all’interno della struttura sopra le aspettative. Consiglio vivamente la mezza pensione. Tutti molto belli, ben arredati e con degli chef davvero bravi, ognuno per il tipo di cucina proposta, dall’internazionale del Cielo, alla cucina francese del Tet a tet , alla giapponese ed un Pub “speciale” . Davvero top la colazione… favolosa! Camerieri e personale davvero gentilissimi ed attenti. Stanza molto grande con cabina armadio, pulitissima ed accogliente. Ci ritorneremo!

Room smelled bad upon entering each time, like rotten eggs or a sewer pipe back up, Japanese restaurant was not very good or service, and price for two over 1k bdraft beer at pool $23 lol

I really enjoyed Five Luxe. If you’re looking for a place to vibe at the pool with some drinks and hookah this is the place to be. The staff is great. Close to cove beach and other shopping places.
