"From start to finish, this was the perfect place to stay if you want to be on/near the royal mile. The room was superb. Perfect accommodation for our needs. It was clean, spacious enough for the three of us. The staff was friendly. Safe entry. Although we did not buy into the breakfast option, it smelled delicious and the dining area looked fabulous. The shops near by were abundant. It was fairly quiet. Our room was facing a thruway/ally/close and the trash men pick up trash at 10:30 pm. We would come back again for sure! "

"Location of hotel for exploring Edinburgh is excellent and public transport to / from the Airport & further afield is excellent & easy to access. We were first time visitors & used the Airlink bus. All the hotel staff were so friendly & could not have been more helpful. The food we had, including room service one evening, was reasonably priced and delicious There is also a good selection of pubs, restaurants, shops etc including the Royal Mile, just a few steps from the hotel. The room & bathroom was very quiet, spacious and comfortable and whilst it was clean it is starting to show signs of wear. If returning to Edinburgh we would definitely book this hotel again."

"Enjoyed a 2 night stay. The room was clean and well equipped and the hotel in general was very clean and well presented. Iverlooked by Arthurs Seat and a short walk, 15-20 mins, into the heart of the old town or right on the bus route. Would happily stay again. "

"Front of house staff (Derek) so helpful. We were a large family group there for my daughter’s wedding and Derek couldn’t have been more helpful. Bedrooms don’t have a dressing table/desk which made it difficult to get ready easily. Breakfast good and plentiful Very pleasant stay which helped make the whole weekend enjoyable "

"Lovely picturesque street of Edinburgh. Lovely view looking out at the wider city and sea. A classic room and overall vibe with a modern reception bar interior. Quiet and calm throughout! Well kept rooms, the only thing that was bad is that it had no fridge. The staff were incredible. Kitty on reception was absolutely lovely and was so talkative and attentive to any issues or queries we had. She definitely needs a raise!! Overall a great time and I’d definitely book here again for Edinburgh S&C"
