When we checked in, they had trouble finding our reservation and gave us a room that wasn’t what we wanted. We went back to the desk and they switched us to an awesome room!!!

We always enjoy coming to the Ashling when in Dublin. The staff was super helpful, especially when this time traveling with an infant. We were able to be checked in early and room was always well taken care of. Close to the Dublin Zoo, Jameson Bow Street, and with easy access to Hueston Station and Luas, puts the Ashling in a great location. And the Iveagh Bar is a nice place to relax with a drink at the end of the day.

Clean room. Parking available but can fill up. Validated parking was nice. Bigger than anticipated. Booked a king but given smaller beds. Laundry service was poor. We had to make 3 trips to front desk to get our belongings.

Centrally located so it's easy to get around. Plan ahead in am to the airport. Lots of traffic.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and hallway were quiet, which I really appreciated. The bathroom is nice and big. Things that can be improved: There was tons of dust on the shelf above the bed and dust on the main table. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast is the same food every day so if you're staying for a week, you'll get bored. There was no variety of meats available. You can eat pork or pork. That's it.

The shower was not good. Dangerous to get in and out of, and weak water pressure. It was a high bath tub you had to step into. No room to stand.

Great hotel with a warm atmosphere and very convenient location. Close to tram, buses, and trains. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Only a 10/15 minute walk from the city centre but there’s plenty going on within 5 mins of the hotel too. Recommend the Garrison museum which is almost next door. I am very glad I chose this hotel!
