The motel is undergoing renovations, and while that wasn’t as big of an issue, the problem with my stay is my room - 109 - has BEDBUGS!!!!! I called to inform/complain and was told a manager would reach out to me and offer compensation, this has not occurred!

This place is infested with roaches, during the day it wasn’t terrible but when it got dark I turned on my flashlight & roaches were EVERYWHERE. The floors, the walls, the microwave , the fridge. Absolutely disgusting

Rooms were comfortable, quiet and cool. I think the property is renovating. Lobby empty, no coffee in room. We did get a good night sleep which is really all we needed

It had good air-conditioning hot water, clean bedding. Several coach roaches spiders webs. Silly string on wall. But what really set me off was telephone going off several times in the night, I had to finally take it off the hook! Sorry guys just needed some sleep.

There were roaches everywhere. I'm not talking about one or two of the big ones either. We seen about 20 roaches in less than 15 minutes. Got out of there as quick as we could. Aked if they had a room that did not have roaches and the gentleman said all the rooms had roaches.

Checked in and close to midnight, knocking on my door saying that room was supposed to be empty when I was given that room and key programmed to enter the door, woken up for no reason because they are unorganized! Flooring is buckling as you walk on it you could feel and hear it separating and going back down to floor! I put a do not disturb on the outside of door and they still came in during the day for whatever reason!
