It was a pleasant stay, especially the reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. The shower could be better but all in it is a central and good place.
Charming & historic with modern touches; loved it!
This is a charming property that is extremely comfortable and well located.
My room was lovely and I was actually very impressed with the modern and sparkling clean bathroom.
Breakfast is included, from Continental to full Irish, and the dining room staff are very friendly.
I was completely happy with my stay here.
Really nice room and good amenities. As a heads up: there are lots of stairs (shallow height) especially from top
Floor to breakfast level. Confused at first by level with rooms in 30s stated as level for rooms in 40s. Excellent staff and the breakfast is definitely worth adding on! Great location as well and they can hold your luggage if needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
We (a family of four with children age 8 and 10) had a great stay. It was convenient to access by transit from the airport. It was very centrally located to lots of sights and amenities. The staff was very pleasant. We would stay again.
The hotel is in a good location to walk to most locations in Dublin. The hotel has a decent breakfast restaurant. The staff were helpful booking taxis or reservations. There are several places to eat nearby too. The room was sizable with a double bed and a single bed.

Heritage charm one might say
No lift, the family room was 51 stairs up. The hotel is heritage so creaks and squeaks and the bathroom was small with terrible water pressure - you could argue it was part of the charm if you like.
Great location easy to walk everywhere or to a bus or train, looks far away on the map but it’s fine on foot. Heaps of food and drink options nearby.
Conveniently located for walking all around Dublin. We had a family room that was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Would love some counter space in the bathroom but otherwise the room had everything we needed for our stay.
Historical building making it unique. Very comfortable beds in a good size room (we were in a twin bed room). Clean and in good condition. Staff are very helpful and nice to deal with. Eggs and pancake breakfast was tasty and provides access to the continental options as well. Decent value from attentive staff. Walkable area we felt safe in.

Too hot
Great location. Very friendly staff. Sadly, the room was almost unbearably hot. A more sensitive visitor would have had to leave. Also, a towel had a make up stain and the shower was wonky. For the cost, not so great.
Lovely historical building, which does mean no elevator, but staff did offer to help with our bags. The staff were excellent, both the front desk and breakfast servers. We stayed in a twin bed room, which was comfortable and a good size. We had the egg and pancake option for breakfast, which is cooked when you arrive and gives you access to the continental options too. Tasty and decent value. We felt safe walking in the area, even after dark. Would stay here again.

The staff was great and very accomodating.
The building is very old and while it had it charms it could use some work.
The mattresses were very worn out in our room but were okay in our kids room. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. And the little restaurant downstairs was nice with a good breakfast.
The staff there was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered was pretty good as well. I got the traditional breakfast, and my wife got the buffet when we ate there on a few occasions. I will say if you're going to have a lot of luggage pray you aren't on the 4th floor because there is no lift (older building which we knew).
We stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of our three-week trip. The staff at the desk and in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable. We liked being within walking distance of St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street and Trinity College.
