Location, in walking distance to local amenities, and near local bus route. Nice accommodation with adequate facilities if you like to cook instead of going out and in walking distance of temple bar and other bars and restaurants so was perfect for my needs

The room was fine - good location and comfortable bed. But the shower drain was almost completely blocked and the bathroom flooded when we showered and took a really long time to dry out.

Room did not look as advertised in terms of cleanliness and general quality. The floor was very dirty, hairs left in the shower and urine stains all around the rim of the toilet. Other than that, the location and utilities provided were good.

Great Place to Stay!

Our stay was lovely. The room was spacious, clean and very comfy. We loved having a fridge, stove and microwave in the room. It was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Good location and facilities. My only complaint is the shower was a bit grubby and the drainage wasn’t great. Overall though really comfortable and good for solo trip and those who want to relax after a long day

Really nice accommodations, comfy bed and enjoyed the mini kitchen. Street Noise a bit loud with window open but nothing annoying. One suggestion is do something about the smell from the bathroom pipes. With window closed, the entire suite smelled like an old, damp basement.

The rooms were clean and we didn't need a car. Everything was walkable. the restaurant down the street was so good we ate there three times during our stay. Felt very safe.

The room was clean and the location was covenient. I received an email about missing deposit payment after my stay. The missing payment made the check in difficult and I had to stand on the street to figure out the problem. I was glad that I didnt arrive late at night. Also there was loud noises during the night. The door was banged loudly almost 10minutes.

My comments are similar to others posted. The check-in process could be a lot smoother. The unit we had, 203, was perfectly adequate. Bed, tv, small bath, kitchenette, all good. On-site staff was super friendly and helpful. Emails to staff for additional supplies or maid services were address immediately or at requested times. Unit was close to Trinity College but far enough removed from crowd noise. Clean, modern unit. Would definitely stay again.

Great price and location. Great facilities. The only problem I have is they took a €100 payment off my card instead of a €100 hold and now I have to wait days for it to go back on my card or even be told when it is getting refunded.

Stay for 4 nights in unfinished renovation room .it is like a part of the electricity centre room. Before the departure, i received a few messages : if you don't pay the deport $100, you are not able to receive the detailed check-in. The property has no front desk and no staff for assisting you check-in.I contacted the agents of expedia, I am told that you can pay when you arrive. In the plane, the hotel kept texting me the same message. Even the property says the deposit is requested under booking the regulation and condition, the customers usually do not read and pay attention behind the front booking page. Good location, quiet area. The room has no cabinets for clothes. A new kitchen counter installed, the wall is not pleasant, the bed is very soft with poor quality. No recommendations to stay.

Despite it being a self check in and out and a bit of confusion at the start, it was a lovely large room, more like a large bedsit, immaculate and great shower, 5 mins walk to Grafton Street. Ill be back.
