Paid extra for a King Room. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom (it was loose and spraying towards the ceiling) We tightened that ourselves, only to find that the tub had multiple cracks and was leaking into the floor and flooding the bathroom. We asked to change rooms, but the man they sent to give us the new keys did not offer to help move our bags and took our keys for the current room. This meant our lights went out, so we packed and moved rooms in the darkness. Our new room, which was expected to be a more standard room, had a roll-away bed in it, as well as the standsrd double bed and twin bed for the style of room. This meant we had 0 floor space. I told the front desk and they asked if I'd like to "Just leave the hotel?" It was 11pm and that wasnt an option, i just asked them to take the extra bed out. "Thats just how the room is sir, we can't remove it." I said I understand these rooms have 2 beds, but there is an extra roll-away bed that is taking up all of the open space in the room. He said that's just how it is. When i got back up to the room, we figured out how to get the bed folded and pushed it to the corner and I called the front desk again, to have them remove the bed, to which they sent 2 men and they finally realized what the issue was and rolled it out. The following morning, after being told a manager would be available at 8am, we waited 30 minutes at check out to speak to someone, just for her to tell us she couldnt refund anything. 0/10
