The hotel is simply wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience one morning when there was a hot water issue. Despite this, the hotel promptly compensated us at checkout for our inconvenience and expressed their sincere apologies. Later, we discovered that they had to install a new boiler using a crane, which was quite a feat considering the narrow streets of Dublin.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing location! Concierge service was poor - didn't really have suggestions for simple requests. But Dublin is a great place to wander and explore. Housekeeping changed towels every day despite us trying to hang them to use again. Overall, would definitely stay again!!
