Here’s a polished review you could post: We had a wonderful stay. Although early check-in wasn’t available, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided great local recommendations, helped us coordinate our travel plans, and even arranged a room with a balcony, which we absolutely loved. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

We thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and it ended up being a 2 star hotel quality. The rooms were very basic not even offering basic amenities such as a shower cap. They seemed understaffed at the check in desk. We were so disappointed as we somehow thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and were so shocked when we arrived at the quality of the hotel. It is run down, basic, understaffed. We will not be returning there again.

From the moment we arrived the staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff were spot on. The breakfast buffet is a definite add on that should be done. The food was really good and there were plenty of choices to fix it up during our stay. The bar and restaurant are very good as well. The location is a plus. You are smack in the middle of just about everything Dublin has to offer. No need for a car you can walk to everything within 20-30 minutes tops.

Only odd thing was that there were no drawers or shelves and very limited hanger space. We lived out of our suitcases for four days. Otherwise great hotel in a GREAT location. Front desk, Olga, was there every time we passed until 5:45 am checkout Tuesday. Highly recommend!
