This location is excellent if you want to walk to sightseeing locations within a mile or so. The Aviva stadium is an easy walk through safe neighborhoods. The included breakfast was great and included eggs. I would stay here again.

Room 106 under the stairs, terrible

Don't take room 106 unless you want to renact the under the stairs scene on Harry Potter. The room is under the main entrance and the reception. You can hear every footstep and voice

Upscale neighborhood, close to restaurants

Nice B&B with very helpful staff and free parking in upscale neighborhood. Many good restaurants a 5 min walk away. Walk into city center in 15 to 20 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, fruit, toast, sausage, bacon and more. Rooms are not fancy, but bed was comfy. I'd stay again.

Für einen Kurzurlaub einfach perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels macht eine fußläufige Erkundung der Stadt gut möglich und falls man lieber mit dem Bus fahren möchte, befindet sich eine Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Hier fährt z.B. die Linie 39A. Das irische Frühstück kann sich wirklich sehen lassen. Hier wird jeder satt und kann gestärkt in die Erkundung der Sehenswürdigkeiten starten. Es gibt auch ein kontinentales Frühstück mit Toast, Marmelade, Wurst, Käse, Obst usw. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wurde etwas benötigt, genügte eine kurze Mitteilung. Als kleiner Kritikpunkt bleibt die Dusche. Zumindest in unserem Zimmer war wenig Wasserdruck vorhanden, was mir aber relativ wenig ausgemacht hat. Die weibliche Begleitung mit langen Haaren hatte hier ihren Spaß das Shampoo mit einem Wasserstrahl auf Gießkannenniveau wieder rauszuwaschen.
