Strategic location, value for money mini apartment. My room had a kitchenete (with sink), laundry machine, living room and dining table for 1. I love how there's plenty of hangers and hooks in the room and the bathroom. There was enough counter space too for toiletries in the bathroom. Highly recommend it. It is just a few steps away from the Ha'penny Bridge and even a Catholic chapel! The location is an icing on the cake.

The location could not have been more perfect. Everything was basically within a 10 minute or less walk. The Ha’Penny bridge is literally right there. We also loved having the coffee shop in the lobby, it was great not having to leave the building in the morning to get a coffee and a snack. Keep in mind that there is construction during the day (we didn’t really notice it too much) and of course you’re right across the street from Temple Bar so it can be noisy at night but again, we hardly noticed especially with the windows closed. We will recommend this spot to anyone visiting Dublin!

Unit was clean and well maintained. Communication needs improvement however. I booked and pre paid months in advance, explaining to them via email that I booked the night before arrival so we could have a 6:00 am check in. They did confirm my request and apparently put a note on my file. When we arrived at check in our room had been canceled as a no show. Thankfully they were able to get us rebooked in a comparable room. Not a great start to our trip.

Really liked this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and bright. All amenities were provided. The dishwasher in our room didn’t work but the front desk staff did everything they could to get a technician in to fix it while we were there and when they weren’t able to, they removed our dirty dishes and replaced them with clean ones and offered to continue cleaning them for us (which we kindly declined). Instead we were given the opportunity for a late check out at no cost. Any time we approached the front desk staff for assistance, they were helpful and friendly. While we never had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, the menu looked delicious. The gym was small but well equipped. The location of the hotel was fabulous - close to attractions, shopping, transportation, groceries. Overall, our stay at Zanzibar was great!
