"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is stunning, with beautiful surroundings that make for a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, with high standards of cleanliness throughout. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and would not hesitate to return in the future. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options available. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I was particularly pleased to find plenty of suitable choices, which made breakfast stress-free and enjoyable each morning. Highly recommended."

"On check in the receptionist was very helpful, explaining not just the hotel but the local area. Where to find bars and restaurants, which bus to get to old town and where the stop was. All very helpful"

"Staff was excellent and super friendly. Breakfast and Dinner buffet were great, with fresh food cooked at the counter for you, lots of options and catered for allergies etc. Lots of space in the hotel to sit and relax. The pool and spa facilities were clean and well maintained. Room was good with a lovely sea view, and a slightly on the small side balcony where we were able to watch the sunet. Housekeeping came around multiple times a day to ensure you were stocked up on tea/coffee, had clean towels etc, and to make up the room. They would also come and give you complimentary chocolates every day around 6pm which always went down a treat. Air con in the rooms was a bit hit or miss. We had it on all evening and the temperature hadnt changed much at all, and this was not in the height of summer. The hotel is easily accessible to the airport and the hotel did organise a transfer for us, but note this is more expensive than what a Uber would be, however I cannot fault the service provided by the driver. The hotel is located on the top of a hill and designed around the landscape so you have multiple exits on different floors. Theres lots of steps to go from the hotel down into Cavtat itself, but there is a golf buggy service provided by the hotel to aid those with mobility issues. Dubrovnik was easily accessible from Cavtat by boat or bus and both were reasonably priced. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely look to come back in the future and highly recommend."

"If you are looking for shiny and new, this isn't the property for you (scuffed walls and floors, scratched furniture, etc. However, the location near the harbour was perfect, with a short public transportation bus ride to Old Town. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even prepared a boxed breakfast for our 4:30 am departure. I recommend this property to others."
