"The room was clean, safe, staff helpful, courteous. Breakfast everything you could want, juice, bacon, omelet, toast, waffle and all the condiments. One morning coffee machine was broken, manager promptly supplied Tim's coffee from next door. Perfect! we all where very grateful for her immediate attention to this major necessity. For short term stays this hotel is location specific."

"Decent well priced hotel. Check in person female could be a bit more personable. I left some clothes and called the next day, the same person who checked me in answered the phone and she simply said nothing has been turned in and she would call me back if anything was found. She did not call me back- I don’t believe she even called housekeeping. So I went back in person and a different lady at the counter was very helpful, she searched the lobby and called her supervisor and the clothes were found in a different staff room. A big contrast in service between the one staff member and the other. Customers notice both lacklustre and good service."

"The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. We did not use the pool or gym so cannot comment on those amenities. I would suggest each floor should have both drink and snack vending machines. Our floor had only drinks. Breakfast items were about average, although the scrambled eggs were a very strange texture. They had some large chunky pieces of egg but were also sloppy wet. The plastic cutlery at breakfast, and the toilet paper throughout the hotel, were the absolute cheapest quality. These items really should be upgraded."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff at check in who told us about the interesting history of the property. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast ( continental) exquisite , and property is vast ( it is being expanded with outbuildings of various purposes). It will be outstanding once complete , but currently is very lovely. Very quiet. Fruit and dessert plate in our frig. Beautiful room and decor."
