Himanshu and Survesh were good with food and dining. Hotel is quiet, certain amenities probably need improving to truly make it a 4 star hotel such as coffee/ tea making facilities in room and water stations on each floor. Also no iron in room. Sauna and gym were good. Would have been nice if the owner would have said hi on his visit. Overall good...

"The staff are friendly and very helpful. No lift is a challenge when room is on the third floor, but staff member was excellent and too my case to my room when I arrived late in the evening. Although somewhat busy with almost full restaurant at breakfast time, the two staff on duty were excellent - helpful and friendly.
