We stayed here on a 2 day getaway. Very friendly staff and the room was nice. Perkins was next door. Right off the interstate and surprisingly very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but dated. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We stayed 3 night to bike on some of the trails around Duluth and they allowed us to bring our e-bike into our room at night.

It was perfectly located for where we needed to go !! (Went to the states for july 4th-- all hotels in duluth were triple the price. Over the bridge and waaaay cheaper) It was clean. Staff was friendly ! Would book again

This hotel was really very clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was good size with lots of choices. Parking was adequate. I felt safe. would highly recommend staying there if your in Duluth.

A little bit older property in a great location. There were many upgrades going on during our stay. The room was very nice... bed was comfortable. Quiet place while we were there. Really decent free breakfast options.

The hotel itself was clean and up to date. The issue is the hotel also serves as a long term housing for what appears to be gang members. They hang around the parking lot during the day. I was concerned they were casing the lot for unlocked cars. A broken car sitting on jackstands was seen in the parking lot. On our stay they were arguing in the parking lot at 3am in the morning very loudly. The room a/c could not hide their volume. Didn’t want to confront them for fear of being shot. Another patron tried to tell them to pipe down they ignored him.. Hotel staff acknowledged the long term stays but offered nothing for the poor experience. I would not recommend Expedia use this hotel until the long- term guests are removed.
