"This was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL/RESORT EVER!!!! Bait and switch!!! The property is completely run down, the room was awful, they had a 24 inch computer monitor as a tv (that didnā€™t work)!!! The net for the mosquitos was dirty. Letā€™s get to the bathroom, the tiles were worn, cracked!!! The water was cold( was told the hot water WAS on, but was not!!!) The water fixtures came apart!!! The towel were still looking dirty!!! Then there was a huge trail of ants (small ants) by the door...

10/10 Excellent

Annoda's Homes is a quiet getaway in Milimani, Kisumu. The host was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was full of creative surprises once she realized my appetite for healthy variety. This family property is well managed and full of pleasant spaces within the yard for small meetings and just quiet time. It is a place I would certainly return to.
