The Rainbow River Bungalows is the perfect destination for a fun and restful getaway! Stay in one of our private units and have all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise just outside your door! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the Marion County KP Hole Boat Ramp, perfect for launching your boat or kayak. Our community center has a huge chess and Connect Four boards, so you can challenge yourself or your friends. Grill the perfect dinner on our outdoor grills or roast some S`mores by the fire! Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Bungalow R is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom open floor plan unit with an inviting front deck seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!

*Please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.

*$30 per person per night after 4 guests
*Pet fee includes 2 dogs. Additional pets allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
*Please count the lanyards in your unit, there is a $25 fee for each missing lanyard upon your departure.
*If the home needs attention during your stay please notify me immediately so that we can remedy it during your stay. Guest are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bungalow during their stay.
*All units are on a septic system, please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper.
*Upon checkout there is a $100 hold on the card on file for incidentals. This is not a charge. The hold will fall off the card in 30 days, if there are no damages.
*There is a 5% processing fee on ALL REFUNDS. Guest may cancel 60 days prior to checkin for full refund minus 5% processing fee. 50 % refund minus 5% processing fee for refunds made more than 30 days in advance. There are no refunds less than 30 days prior to checkin.

Great bungalow!

We came up for a quick getaway with our friends to kayak the Rainbow River and this place was perfect. It is simple, but plenty big for the four of us. We enjoyed the front porch as well as seating area out back with the fireplace. We will definitely be back.

Excellent value and amenities!

This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!

Interesting rental.

The location is great if you want want peace and quiet. Its located a couple hundred yards upstream from KP hole. We used the passes to access the water with zero issue. The house is a lightweight no thrills place. Two basic bedrooms and a pull out couch. Small kitchen (very dark) poor lighting. The massage chair wasn't working, which we didn't really mind but it would have been nice if it had. Not much of anything in the kitchen as far as cups etc and no filters for the coffee machine which was filled with about 16 very large ants. Bugs are to be expected on the river but that could have and should have been taken care of upon the cleaning prior to our arrival. The little "community" where this property is located is weird but neat. I got Tim Burton vibes. My biggest issue with this property was the total lack of communication from the host. I had reached out via the message portion of website, zero response. I texted, zero response. I called and left a vm, zero response. The night before I was to check in, I had received zero communication from the host regarding check in. After a bit of a freakout thinking I got scammed, I had to reach out to VRBO directly to have them contact the host to send me the check in information. Would I stay here again? Perhaps if I couldn't find something else. It did the job for 3 dudes just needing a place to crash after spending the day on the river. Its blue not yellow. Dont go to the wrong one like I did.
