It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. Overall this the people who manage this booking was lazy and extremely unprofessional. I’m surprised we even got our refund."

"We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient."
