Sun Mesa House
This is a luxury 1000 sf upstairs private apartment with amazing 360 degree mountain views. All private space! Vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen, huge back porch, fenced yard, Jacuzzi Tub master suite. Beautiful place in the country 8 miles south of Durango!
I am available anytime by text message. Just let me know if you need anything at all. We live in the house next door.
As a guest you agree to be quiet and respectful of the neighbors. There are no aggressive dogs allowed. If you have an aggressive dog you agree to leave immediately and to forfeit the rent paid. As a guest you agree to keep the place clean and to pay for any damage that you might cause.
SUN MESA HOUSE DIRECTIONS 1. LOCATION: The Sun Mesa House is located at 187 Redman Lane, Durango, CO 81303. It is the upstairs apartment of the large house. 2. CONTACT: Please call us if you need anything, or have any questions. You can call or text Holly Jason, Owner, Casa at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or Maria Santiago at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or Ben Jason at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . Or you can always message us though (Hidden by Airbnb) /Home Away. 1. HOME AWAY: You will receive an invitation via email for the Home Away App that you can put on your phone. This gives you access to everything from the code to the door, driving directions, to all our local suggestions, hikes, restaurants etc. Of course you can also always call or text us if you have questions. 2. PARKING: There are two parking spaces in the driveway, under the huge tree you will see as you come though the gate to the property. 3. THE WI-FI network is the “Tenant Network” and the password is “ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . HEAT: There is baseboard heat controlled by a thermostat at the top of the stairs, kitchen, and bathroom. 5. A/C: In the summer there is a window fan Air Conditioner. 6. DRAINS: Please do not clog the drains or toilet with excess food matter, diapers, feminine products etc. Nothing but Toilet Paper allowed down the drains. TRASH: Please take your trash to the end of Redman Lane where it will be picked up on Fridays. Don’t leave trash outside the door as our dog might get into it. 7. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: There is a fire extinguisher mounted in the kitchen. 8. BBQ: Please be careful lighting the BBQ. Use an “aim-n-flame” which is provided in the kitchen. Turn off the gas when you are done. Let us know if it runs out of propane. SUN MESA HOUSE POLICIES 1. CHECK IN TIME: is after 4 pm, and CHECK OUT TIME is at 10 am. This agreement does not create a Tenancy or Residency. You must depart at the appropriate time. 2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: is limited to 4 Adults. 3. CLEANING: Please do your dishes before you leave. It is also helpful if you start a load of laundry before you leave. We reserve the right to charge you’re an extra fee for cleaning if the property is left excessively dirty. 4. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house or property. No Candles, Incense, or fire of any kind in the house or property. No fire arms are allowed on the property. 5. IF YOU HAVE PETS, please do not leave them unattended unless you trust them completely. Please do not let them damage anything or dig up the garden, and do not let them on the furniture. If you need a crate for your dog let us know as we have loaners. Please clean up after your dog. Please make sure your dog does not disturb the neighbors by barking. Please check the fence yourself and make sure your dog is not going to escape. If you need Doggy Day Care we recommend Healthy Hounds and Fat Cats at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . CANCELATION: If you cancel for any reason we will honor the Airbnb cancellation policies. 7. SUBSTITUTION: In the event that the property reserved becomes unavailable for any reason Casa Durango, LLC will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate Guest in a comparable property. If no alternative property is available that is suitable for your needs, Casa Durango, LLC will refund all payments and deposits in full and no further obligation expected of either party. 8. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 9. DAMAGE: Casa Durango, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages to the property. 10. NEIGHBORS: Please respect the neighbors by not making too much noise, and by just being a good friendly neighbor.
