This great wooden holiday home with 4 bedrooms and lovely furnished terrace rests in Durbuy, the smallest city in the world. You can stay here in comfort with 12 persons, be it a large family, several smaller families, or a group of friends.

Durbuy is on the banks of the Ourthe and near Ardennes. Active holidaymakers can go walking, kayaking on the Ourthe, mountain biking, or exploring the forest on horseback. You can visit the castle farm of Grandhan, the Roman churches of Tohogne, and Bomal.

After an active day, you can relax in the garden enjoying the fresh air. Children can play with play equipment. They can also play table football indoors. In the evenings, you can enjoy barbecued meals with some wine on the terrace. A garage is present.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Huis was prima, omgeving genoeg te doen Check in nogal onpersoonlijk, medewerkster leek er geen zin in te hebben. Kwam vrij direct met de boodschap dat de buren overgevoelig zijn voor geluid, vonden we nogal vreemd en zeker geen positief begin van je vakantie. Afval mee moeten nemen, onhandig en niet klantvriendelijk. Container was veel te klein. Gewend om een all-in tarief te betalen dus incl. electra. Meterstanden noteren ouderwets.

An sich ok. Aber es gibt zu viele versteckte extra Kosten. Die Unterkunft viel zu kalt, man muss mit Strom heizen. Der Kamin ist viel zu klein und ein Sack Holz kostet 6,50.

Schoon, goed uitgeruste keuken, grote tuin. Allemaal prima maar iets meer gezelligheid, zeker qua verlichting, is welkom. Koelkast in de keuken sluit niet goed en bevriest dus snel. Bovendien kost het extra elektriciteit wat achteraf, apart van de huursom, betaald moet worden. 20 min. lopen naar Durbuy. Bergaf geen probleem maar bergop erg steil.

Accomodatie ruim en praktisch huis. Bij aankomst bleek het huis slecht gepoetst te zijn. Veel spinnenwebben, beschimmeld brood in kast, koffiefilter met schimmel en vuile pannen met beschimmelde etensresten. Brandblusses die jaren niet meer zijn gekeurd. Buiten lag er beschimmeld bestek van de bbq in de tuin. Bijbetaling elektra erg hoog door de elektrische kachels. In winter krijg je het met alleen de houtkachel niet warm. Durbuy fantastisch en idyllisch klein stadje. Sfeervol en gezellig. Via een mooie wandeling langs de Ourthe er naar toe gewandeld.

De sleutel konden we op een andere locatie na sluitingstijd ophalen en ook weer achterlaten. Het huis is ruim, schoon en prima uitgerust (op de kleine combi oven na). Het interieur oogt oud en is vooral functioneel, prima voor een groep van 12 man. Kamers zijn eveneens prima (goed matras, erg hoge/ dikke hoofdkussens). 2 Badkamers, 1 douchecabine, 1 ligbad met douchekop. Heerlijke tuin met deels overdekking zodat tijdens een regenbui je ook buiten kan zitten. Royale buiten BBQ. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

We brachten een aangenaam weekend door in dit huisje. Enige minpuntje was de keuken, die ten eerste niet voorzien was op 12 mensen, en bovendien bleek het keukenmateriaal (bestek, borden, pannen en potten) allesbehalve proper te zijn.

Heel mooi ruim huisje met alle noodzakelijke zaken aanwezig. Alles in prima staat. Ruime zithoek. Ook garage met tuinslang aanwezig voor de mountainbikers onder ons.... Elektrische verwarmingstoestellen zorgen wel voor een extra kost voor elektriciteit bij de eindafrekening... Voor de 115 euro verplichte eindschoonmaak had het stof wel beter mogen gekuist worden, maar de essentiële zaken zoals badkamers en keuken waren proper.

Het was een geslaagd vriendenweekend. Rustige locatie met genoeg ruimte voor 10 mannen. Het lag dicht bij het Adventure Park, dus ideaal voor een middagje kajakken. Kortom een goede locatie voor ons weekend.

Ik heb dit huisje samen met 11 vrienden gehuurd. Het is een ideale locatie om buitenactiviteiten te doen. Door het prachtige weer die wij eind september hadden, hebben er ten volle van kunnen genieten. We hebben een wandeling gemaakt in de omgeving, zijn te voet naar Durbuy gegaan (dit is op wandelafstand, zeker als u een beetje van natuur houdt), en we hebben met de kayak gevaren en een ritje met de mountainbike gedaan. Veel sportactiviteiten dicht in de buurt dus. Deze zaken kan je allemaal op korte afstand huren. Het huisje zelf wat perfect in orde. Alles was voorzien en het huis was meer dan ruim genoeg voor 12 personen. Door het goede weer hebben we zelf gebruik kunnen maken van de BBQ die in de tuin staat. Voor onze groep was dit dus een perfect weekendje om er eens even van tussenuit te zijn.
