"Beautiful hotel situated on Main St. Perfect location to stroll Main St shops and restaurants. The hotel certainly has a new and very clean feel to it. Very comfortable bedding too! Only “issue” was crazy overuse of the heat in common areas (lobby, hallways etc). As in it was in the high 40’s outside and raining but had to use the air conditioning nonstop in our room. Seemed to be a very unnecessary use of heat and air conditioning in November. The thermostat in our room read 81 when we entered our room the first night. It was oppressively hot. Other than that, definitely a 10 out of 10 for everything else."
"The room was nice, but noisy - you can hear footsteps and room noise from above and from outside. The staff needs additional training - they were helpful on a minimal level."
"We were there for two nights and Portland was so fun. The hotel was lovely and the only thing that we would say was unexpected were the Church Bell tolls every hour. Otherwise we were very comfortable and were in great walking distance to good restaurants and the port."
